Updated 6:34 a.m. on Monday, September 14 Latest: Butte County Sheriff Kory Honea announced two more people have died from the North Complex fires, bringing the state’s total death toll to 24. He said during a news conference that seven people remain missing. The National Weather Service issued a red flag warning for the area on Monday through Monday night. #RedFlagWarning in effect for Eastern Lassen and Modoc Counties, West of the Sierra Crest and East of the Sierra Crestuntil.
